OUTLAWS 2024-25 RECRUITING PROGRAM

Objective: Support individual athletes who aspire to play lacrosse at the collegiate level.

Recruiting Resources (Open to all Outlaws)

Meeting with program parents via Zoom annually to provide an overview of college lacrosse, recruiting and details about the Outlaws Recruiting program
Annual 1:1 athlete/parent meeting with Recruiting Coordinator to discuss abilities, skill development and attainable collegiate options with interested athlete/ family
Recruiting Coordinator will provide honest feedback to athletes and parents about skill level and potential to play in college

Access to prospect camp schedules

Recruiting Program ($350 per year)

Recruiting Coordinator meets with individual athletes (3-4 times per year) to determine and implement a step-by-step plan to meet recruiting goals
Recruiting Coordinator advises individual athletes on attendance at prospect camps and college clinics
Outlaws to provide an individual SportsRecruits webpage for each athlete
SportsRecruits webpage includes individual player profile, direct messaging to college coaches, and customizable school searches
SportsRecruits will provide one highlight video per year to each athlete
Outlaws to make tournament video footage library accessible to players, where available
Athletes and families must populate their own webpage and organize content for video production

Fall 2024 (Sept. 23) Recruiting Meeting Video
