2024-25 COACHING STAFF

Caity Hamilton (2026 Head Coach/ Recruiting Coordinator)

Caity was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and graduated from CNS in 2012. She won two NJCAA championships at Monroe Community College as a midfielder, receiving first-team honors and then transferred to play lacrosse and soccer at the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina.

Caity serves as Liverpool High School's varsity lacrosse coach. She has been coaching club travel lacrosse for 10 years. Caity continues to serve in her role as the Outlaws' College Recruiting Coordinator.

Michaela Ciciarelli (2026 Assistant Coach)

Michaela was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and graduated from West Genesee high school in 2013. She won two NJCAA championships at Monroe Community College as an attacker. She then transferred to play lacrosse at the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina where she was a captain for two years and received second team all-league recognition both years.

Michaela coached for a Rochester-based travel league in 2013-2015 while playing at Monroe Community College. She is excited to return for her second year coaching with the Outlaws!

Erin Lehmann (2027 Head Coach)

Erin is a Syracuse native where she graduated from the City in 2018. Erin played both soccer and lacrosse at the varsity level for 4 years. Erin went on to play college lacrosse for 3 years at SUNY Oswego where she was a captain her junior year.

Erin has coached the Fulton Lady Raiders for 2 years. Erin is looking forward to coaching the Outlaws for her third season. She can’t wait to see what the future holds for this season!!

Angelina Belair (2027 Assistant Coach)

Angelina attended Henninger High School where she was a 2 sport athlete, playing varsity lacrosse for 4 years and soccer for 3. Between both sports she earned first team, various honorable mentions and 2018 female athlete of the year at Henninger High School. She briefly played with the Salt City Snipers in the fall/winter of 2016. After graduating in 2018, she played one year of soccer and lacrosse at Medaille College in Buffalo, NY.

Angelina is a first-year lacrosse coach with a passion for the game and a strong desire to help young athletes develop their skills. She brings enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a commitment to fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Angelina is most excited to apply her experience in leadership and her love for lacrosse to help every athlete reach their full potential.

Bailey Herr (2028 Head Coach)

Bailey graduated from Skaneateles High School in 2016. As a part of the girl’s lacrosse team, she won 3 Sectional titles and made 3 New York State tournament appearances. She won a State Championship title in 2014. Throughout High School, Bailey also coached youth lacrosse teams in Skaneateles in the summer. Bailey is a proud alumna of Outlaws Lacrosse where she played during both middle school and high school.

After high school, Bailey attended Ithaca College where she played attack for the Bombers. During her career at Ithaca, she was a part of a nationally ranked team. At Ithaca, she made 3 league championship appearances and two NCAA tournament appearances, including a run into the Sweet 16. Bailey was a captain her senior season in 2020 which was canceled early due to the outbreak of COVID-19. In 2021, Bailey served as a volunteer assistant coach for Ithaca leading them to an NCAA tournament run into the Elite 8.

Andy Starowicz (2028 Assistant Coach)

Andy has been a girl's lacrosse coach for seventeen years. He founded Westhill youth girl's lacrosse team in 2010 and has been coaching with Westhill for twelve years. Andy has coached the Blue Wave Lacrosse girl's team (ULA) for all fifteen years (at every age group level - K-8th grade). He also coached and acted as an assistant coach with the Blue Wave Lacrosse boy's team (ULA) for three seasons.

Jenna Townsend (2028/9 Head Coach)

Jenna was born and raised in Syracuse NY, she attended Corcoran High School and played volleyball, basketball and lacrosse. Jenna earned 2nd team, honorable mentions, female athlete of the year and several other major sports award during her high school career. She graduated in 2018 and decided to pursue her athletic career in lacrosse at Cazenovia College. Jenna became a captain of her team her freshman year, earned the title ‘newcomer of the year’ and also set the title for most single season goals her first year. Her second year was cut short due to Covid and injuries.

Jenna now coaches for her Alma Mater, SCSD, where she serves as the Head JV Girls Volleyball coach, Assistant Girls Varsity Basketball Coach and Head JV Girls Lacrosse Coach. She has also coached Valley Lacrosse, FMYLA and FM’s Girls Freshman Lacrosse team.

Jenna constantly gives back to her community on and off the field and leads those around her. You can catch her and a few other of the coaches during the summer competing in a summer rec lacrosse league. Jenna is very excited to join the Outlaws program for her second season.

Abi Wood (2028/9 Assistant Coach)

Abigail (Abi) Wood graduated from Onondaga Central in 2016 where she played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, playing varsity soccer and lacrosse 9th-12th grade. Abi attended Keuka College for four years where she played lacrosse and soccer, where she obtained her graduate degree in Occupational Therapy. As a starting defender/midfielder, as a freshman, Abi tied the lead for ground balls on her team. Her fourth year was cut short due to COVID-19 outbreak. 

Since graduating, Abi has been coaching the Mini-Styx program for the Town of Onondaga. Abi has also been working at different school jobs as an Occupational Therapy. Abi is excited to continue to share her skills and love for the game and join the Outlaws team for season number 2.

Gemma Guy (Head Academy Coach and Midfield Position Coach)

Gemma graduated from Tully High School in 2019 where she was a 3 sport athlete playing volleyball soccer and lacrosse. Gemma was a 5 year Varsity lacrosse player where she was named Captain and received female athlete of the year as well as MVP for both junior and senior year. Gemma went on to receive a scholarship to play at Siena College as well as Roberts Wesleyan College where she helped her team get to the Final Four.

Gemma has served as an assistant coach with the Homer girls modified team and has been coaching 1:1 with individual players in the Homer and Cortland area. Gemma has also helped coach and hold clinics in the United Kingdom as well as played overseas.

Gemma currently attends SUNY Cortland where she majors in Psychology and hopes to later get into a Masters program for Occupation Therapy in the UK. Gemma currently works as a Life counselor in Syracuse for people with special needs and disabilities as well as a caretaker/home health aide for a very sweet 92-year-old man. Gemma is excited to start her second year with Outlaws!

Shaylynn Palmer (Goalie Coach)

Shaylynn Palmer was born and raised in Kirkville NY. She picked up a stick for the first time in gym class when they introduced the lesson. Shaylynn has played lacrosse competitively for 15 years and counting. She began her playing career for East Syracuse Minoa and originally played Low Defense but in 6th grade her team needed a goalie and she stepped in and the rest was history. From then on Shaylynn played both low D and goalie until she made the full switch to goalie her sophomore year of high school. Shaylynn had one full year on varsity as a junior. She did not have her senior year due to the 2020 pandemic. Throughout high school Shaylynn also volunteered with the youth program at ESM to coach at various clinics and she fell in love with coaching.

Shaylynn was recruited and played for the Utica Pioneers. She helped the team reach the Empire 8 semifinals in 21’, 22’, and in 23’. During her time at college Shaylynn coached with Syracuse Alum Bri Stahrr at her goalie coaching clinics in 2022 and in that same summer she was introduced to the Bocklett family and X10 lacrosse. Shaylynn has just wrapped up her second summer with the lacrosse family and is looking forward to her third year with them. Shaylynn is currently wrapping up her bachelors degree in health and wellness studies as well as pursuing her NASM Personal Trainer certification.  

Cori Holbrook (Fill-In Coach/ Midfield Position Specialist)

Cori Holbrook was born and raised in Syracuse, NY where she graduated from Onondaga Central in 2014. Cori attended St. John Fisher College for 3 1/2 years where she played lacrosse and obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Management. During her 3 seasons at Fisher, Cori helped her team win 3 Empire 8 Championships and advance as far as the 3rd round in the NCAA Tournament. As a midfielder, she was selected to the Empire 8 Championship All-Tournament team and in her final year was selected by coaches to play for USA Athletes International in Germany and the Czech Republic. 

Cori is a first-year lacrosse coach and is excited to share her passion and knowledge for the game. She is committed to help young athletes develop their skill and reach their full potential. Cori is excited to join the Outlaws and can't wait to see what the future holds.
